Workout description

Python is a varied workout that consists of seven main interval blocks. Intervals vary in intensity from tempo through to threshold. This is a great workout to help develop that all important "engine" which allows a cyclist to rider harder for longer. Efforts never go above threshold, so the overall intensity of this workout can be considered moderate.

Try and use this session to focus on your technique (good posture, looking forward & arms relaxed). Experiment with your cadence during the intervals and think about spinning a slightly higher cadence than normal during the tempo intervals.
