Workout description

A rouleur is a type of racing cyclist considered a good all-rounder, someone who often rides at the front of the bunch. A bit of a mixed bag, "The Rouleur" has been constructed with "all round" in mind. Consisting of four main blocks, "The Rouleur" asks the cyclist to perform in a range of intensities from tempo to upper threshold.

Continuous in nature, this is a good workout to help boost your threshold power and get used to riding at a higher pace for a longer period of time.
