Nitrous is primarily a lactate tolerance interval. Utilising short 1 minute intervals with similar length recoveries. The key to this workout it hitting your power target during the on intervals. Each 1 minute block should be maximum effort for the duration, however, keep in mind you need to complete 10 high powered intervals. All should be of similar power if things are paced correctly.
