Workout description

Alternator brings a different approach to V02 Max workouts. The intensity is high and the recoveries are short. Constructed as 6 x 5 minute intervals with only 2 minute recoveries this is a tough workout. Power levels are slightly reduced over typical V02 Max workouts (with a 1:1 work:rest ratio) to take into the account of the shorter recoveries. V02 Max should be reached quicker with the reduced recovery levels.
