Workout description

Cruise Liner is tough threshold workout. Consisting of 4 x 8 minute intervals with 2 minute recoveries, the idea is to ride the 8 minutes just above your threshold. 2 minutes doesn't seem like much recovery after 8 minutes at a relatively high power. If you can stick with these, they are sure to be a great FTP booster.
