Workout description

Threshold Steps is a well balanced sweetspot / threshold workout. Delivering 4 x (4 mins just below, 4 minutes at threshold and 2 minutes just above threshold) this is a fairly tough workout. The key to this is hitting the power levels and moving up the power when required. Threshold steps will really help riders work on subtle changes of pacing when things are moving fast!
