Workout description

Mediallion is certainly one of the longer workouts we offer. Very much an endurance level workout, it does its best to break the relatively long duration into varied and manageable intervals. With everything from 10 minute intervals in the heart of the endurance zone to 1 minutes intervals at a high cadence.

While the overall intensity is not that high, the duration is relatively long. Fatigue is likely to set in towards the later part of this session. A great all round fitness conditioner. Give yourself a pat on the back when you finish this one!
