Workout description

The grinder got its name after someone reported it became a real "grind" towards the end. Consisting of 8 x 8 minute blocks in the sweetspot, seperate by 2 minute recoveries, this workout exposes the rider to a total of 64 minutes in the sweetspot. A very good workout to score alot of points and get the legs used to riding at close to threshold for long duration's (such as a 40Km time trial).
