Workout description

A hybrid Tempo/Sweespot workout with a favour towards the sweetspot levels. Sweet T's is constructed of 4 main intervals (8 minute sweetspot intervals). The catch with these is that recovery between each interval is 2 minutes in the tempo range (so your not get a full recovery). This makes a nice alternative workout to a traditional sweetspot session. To round things off, finish with 15 minutes at the endurance level.
