Workout description

The Unexpected is a classic sweetspot workout with a slight "unexpected" twist. Every 5 minutes, the rider is asked to perform 30s just above threshold. This is a great workout to get used to riding with a bit of lactic in the legs. Focus on hitting the sweetspot level as soon as the 30s surge finishes. Easier said than done!
