Workout description

In the Heart of SAS country, stage one sees riders start at Bromyard and ride the 28km undulating route to Ledbury.

This stage focuses on tempo, threshold and above threshold efforts which are sure to hit the spot. Regular segment changes ensure this stage never gets boring. Undulating in nature, the route requires the rider to make regular surges above threshold straight into sustained efforts.

A taxing start to the Tour Du Turbo but a stage which will really engage all energy systems and prep you ready for Stage 2 tomorrow
