Set your Power and Heartrate zones to easily see how much time you have spent at each level to help guage improvement. Zones should be based off of your threshold power and maximum heart rate. Some users may have very specfic zones already mapped out. To adjust things, simply click the "+" and "-" values.
If your unsure about your training zones, you can keep things simple and use the default values. Zones will automatically changed as and when you change your FTP
